INTERIOR REDESIGN
The
redesign process starts with a brief consultation to
discover your unique desires and needs for the finished
space...what you like or don't like and what mood you
would like to create. Your lifestyle and personality
are also considered in creating the room you'll love to
live in. After clearing the room, I'll start with
the focal point and redesign the room using existing
pieces and also by "shopping" the home for any items that
would enhance the room.
Most of my clients prefer to leave their home so they can
experience the joy and excitement upon returning.
When the redesign is completed you will be amazed at how
beautiful your home furnishings and accessories have
become due to the change of placement using design
principles.
After your redesign is complete, I can provide a shopping
list of items you might choose to purchase in the future,
or I can help you select items to finish your room.
I will share advice that can help make your room more
functional or aesthetically pleasing, from a new paint
color to a different size or style of furniture or accent
piece.
One room redesign fee: $199
Assistant (if needed): $15 per hour

A Real Estate
Consultation is the first step in providing the homeowner
with needed information to present their home in the best
possible way to appeal to the widest range of potential
home buyers. I will provide a detailed list of
suggestions and resources to help you prepare your home and
maximize its selling potential.
One hour real estate consultation: $100

REAL
ESTATE STAGING
Real
Estate Staging is the more detailed process that will
maximize your profit and minimize the time your home
spends on the market by creating a great first impression
to potential home buyers. Unlike a redesign in which
furnishings and accent pieces are placed to suit the
current homeowner, staging is designed to appeal to the
widest possible range of buyers. By creating a great
first impression, potential buyers will feel the need to
take action or they risk losing a great house.
Maximizing the space and neutralizing the furnishing
style, while still creating an inviting atmosphere, will
make it easier for the future homeowner to see themselves
living in the home.
Real Estate Staging session: $50 per hour
Typical session: 4-6 hours

SHOPPING
SERVICE
I
will shop for items to complete your room while working
within your budget. For some clients I have totally
accessorized an area - great for kitchens and baths also.
By using this service you will save time and possible
costly decorating errors.
Hourly fee: $30 |

CUSTOM PERMANENT ARRANGEMENTS, SILK PLANTS AND TREES
A large tree in the foyer, floral in the bedroom or
bath, faux fruit in the kitchen...these immediately
add warmth and present an inviting touch by bringing
nature indoors. Plants and trees can also aid in
giving life to a room by making a space feel more
comfortable or to fill an area or help disguise an
unwanted view.
